HOTEL HACIENDA CUSCO CENTRO HISTORICO, Cusco – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel has a unique location, close to the main square and cathedral, providing an amazing experience. The rooms, although lacking external windows and facing some noise issues, are comfortable. The service is exceptionally helpful, especially in challenging situations like protests. The dining options are a bit below average, but the historical palace setting adds a unique charm to the stay.

I stayed at this hotel which was unfortunately directly above the kitchen and close to reception, resulting in loud blending noises from 5 am onwards and constant doorbell rings. However, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The downside was the lack of room size and balcony, making the air feel a bit stagnant.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, within walking distance of the main square and unique historical sites. The rooms, unfortunately, were a bit noisy due to their proximity to the kitchen and reception area, lacking ventilation and fresh air. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally helpful staff. The dining experience had limited variety and quality, although the room was clean and comfortable.

On the bright side, the hotel facilities were good, but it would have been better if the noise issues were addressed for a more enjoyable stay.
